Potential Target Hospitality Corp. (NASDAQ:TH) shareholders may wish to note that the CEO, President & Non-Independent Director, James Archer, recently bought US$250k worth of stock, paying US$18.69 for each share. However, it only increased shareholding by a small percentage, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Target Hospitality

In the last twelve months, the biggest single purchase by an insider was when Non-Executive Chairman of the Board Stephen Robertson bought US$993k worth of shares at a price of US$6.85 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of US$20.76. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.

While Target Hospitality insiders bought shares during the last year, they didn't sell. The average buy price was around US$7.89. It is certainly positive to see that insiders have invested their own money in the company.
