Yili International (00585): Tan Wenkang was appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee

Zhitong Finance App News, Yili International (00585) announced that from September 18, 2026: Mr. Miu Xi is currently an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as the chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, but remains an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Audit Committee, the Company's Nomination Committee, and the Company's Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Tan Wenkang is currently an independent non-executive director who has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and continues to serve as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
