Vanquis Banking Group to Redeem Outstanding Tier 2 Notes Due 2032

05:52 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vanquis Banking Group (VANQ.L) will fully redeem all outstanding 41.5 million pounds sterling of fixed-rate reset subordinated tier 2 notes due 2032. The notes will be redeemed Oct. 13 at their principal amount along with unpaid and accrued interest, according to a Friday release. Vanquis will cancel the notes and delist them from the London bourse's main market after the redemption. The notes had an original amount of 200 million pounds.
