(hereinafter referred to as “Suzhou Baisheng”), the company's indirect controlling shareholder, intend to sign a “Debt Transfer Agreement” to transfer part of the company's non-performing debts to Suzhou Baisheng to offset part of the company's loan debt to Suzhou Baisheng. The offset amount is RMB 41.23,400. After the transaction is completed, the company will effectively divest the above non-performing debt assets, reduce the risk of debt collection, reduce external liabilities, and optimize the balance and liability structure.
