Germany's Mutares Divests Automotive Parts Manufacturer Cimos

The sale of Cimos, which produces turbocharger, powertrain and electrification parts for the automotive industry, forms part of the German private equity holding company's active management of its Automotive & Mobility portfolio and its reduced engagement in the segment. Cimos' management team was supported by investor Vero Automotive 111.
