Currently, designated certification bodies have suspended a total of 108,500 CCC certification certificates, involving 18,500 manufacturing enterprises, and revoked 44,900 CCC certification certificates involving 13,000 manufacturing enterprises. Among them, more than 4,200 CCC certification certificates for power banks and lithium batteries that cannot continue to meet certification requirements have been withdrawn or cancelled, which strongly guarantees product quality and safety. At the same time, special management of institutional filing and certification rules has continued. Since this year, 50,200 rules have been reviewed, 30,300 have not been filed, 17,700 have been returned for rectification, and 2,186 have been passed to ensure high-quality certification activities with high-standard certification rules. From January to August of this year, local market supervisory authorities investigated and dealt with 131 cases of illegal violations by certification agencies, with a total amount of 17.36 million yuan in forfeiture.
