Yili Holdings (00076) signed a memorandum of cooperation with Guangdong Haihaiyuntian Film and Television Group to jointly host the “International AI Film Incubation Festival”

Zhitong Finance App News, Yili Holdings (00076) announced that Kangyue Media Advertising Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Guangdong Haihaiyuntian Film and Television Group Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOU) on September 18, 2026. According to the memorandum of understanding, the contracting parties intend to jointly host the “International AI Film Incubation Festival” with the aim of enhancing the influence and popularity of cultural activities and AI technology in Hong Kong and Macau, and at the same time nurturing and helping AI film producers. The contracting parties also plan to cooperate in the creation of artificial intelligence sci-fi movies. The two parties will each use their expertise and advantages to jointly promote the screening and overseas distribution of the film. The details will be decided after further negotiations between the two parties.

The Board believes that this cooperation will help the Group explore new opportunities for business expansion in the field of cultural creativity and digital content, and may generate revenue in the future.
