Fluidra Completes EUR40 Million Stock Buyback Plan

02:27 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pool manufacturer Fluidra (FDR.MC) on Thursday completed its 40 million-euro stock buyback program, according to a Friday release. Under the program, the company repurchased 2,071,424 shares, or 1.08% of its share capital, which will be redeemed. Following the completion of the buyback plan, the company resumed its liquidity agreement with Banco de Sabadell, effective immediately.
