(SF Holdings, 06936), that it had acquired 458.44 million shares of the Company's H shares through a bulk transaction on September 18, 2026, accounting for approximately 4.9973% of the Company's total issued share capital (including treasury shares). Due to the acquisition, based on the total issued share capital of the Company (including treasury shares) as of the date of this announcement, the direct and indirect shares of the Company held by SF Express Holdings will increase from about 58.4824% (i.e. 537 million shares immediately before completion of the purchase) to approximately 63.4797% (i.e. 582 million shares immediately after completion of the acquisition).
