Corn Feeling Pressure on Thursday

Corn futures are down 1 to 2 cents so far on the Thursday session. The CmdtyView national average Cash Corn price is down 1 1/2 cents at $4.88 1/2. 

Export Sales data showed 1.027 MMT in corn sales 2026/27 in the week ending on September 10, which was in the middle of the trade ideas of 0.7 to 2 MMT. That was still down 16.6% from the same week last year. 

Several South Korean importers purchased a total of 260,000 MT of corn in a tender overnight, though no origins were announced.  

Dec 26 Corn is at $5.32 3/4, down 1 1/2 cents,

Nearby Cash is at $4.88 1/2, down 1 1/2 cents,

Mar 27 Corn is at $5.47, down 1 3/4 cents,

May 27 Corn is at $5.53 1/4, down 2 cents,
