On September 17, 2026, the issuer (Angu (Lianyungang) Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a construction agreement with the contractor (Jiangsu Dingxian Construction Co., Ltd.). Based on this, the contractor agreed to provide construction services for the Lianyungang Angu Technology Green Low-carbon Circular Packaging Industrial Park located in Guannan Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province. The total contract amount was RMB 498.57 million.
