(“Shanghai Electronics”) plans to use no more than 800 million yuan to invest in the construction of a production base project in the Dushan Port Economic Development Zone in Zhejiang. The funding sources are self-funded by the subsidiary and proceeds from the company's H share global sale. On the same day, Shanghai Electronics signed an “Investment Agreement” with the Zhejiang Dushan Port Economic Development Zone Management Committee.
The purpose of this investment is to achieve complementary advantages and resource sharing between the two partners. By making full use of their respective resources and advantages, they cooperate closely in building production bases for electronic material products, and jointly promote industrial development plans.
