Global Beverage Intelligence (08496): Tian Dalong and Zhong Min were appointed as independent non-executive directors

Mr. Li Donghui has resigned as an independent non-executive director; Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee; and a member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee due to his personal work arrangements. Mr. Wu Xi has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to his personal work arrangements; and a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively. Mr. Tian Dalong and Ms. Zhong Min have been appointed as independent non-executive directors with effect from September 16, 2026.

Following the resignations of Mr. Li and Mr. Wu, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Tian has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from September 16, 2026. Ms. Chung was appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from September 16, 2026.
