Windar Photonics Extends Retail Offer Warrant Expiry

07:03 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Windar Photonics (WPHO.L) said Thursday that the warrants issued under its recently completed retail offer will be exercisable until Sept. 3, 2029, rather than Aug. 28, 2029. The wind energy technology company said in an earlier release on the same day that it conditionally raised 300,000 pounds sterling through a retail offer of 6 million new shares at 0.05 pound apiece. Investors are entitled to one warrant per share, with each warrant giving the holder the right to subscribe for one Windar share at 0.10 pound. Windar noted that all other terms of the retail offer remain unchanged. Completion of the offer is still subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on Sept. 30, and the admission of the new shares to trading on AIM is expected around Oct. 1.
