It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 802.46 million shares through centralized bidding transactions from October 19, 2026 to January 16, 2027, accounting for no more than 0.85% of the total share capital. The reason for the reduction was business needs. This reduction in holdings will not result in a change in the company's control.
