CAI Holdings (00080) appoints Tianji Hong Kong as auditor

Zhitong Finance App News, CAI Holdings (00080) issued an announcement that Kaiyuan Sindh Certified Public Accountants Limited (Kaiyuan Sindh) has resigned as the Company's auditor with effect from September 17, 2026 (resignation).

Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Tianji Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants Limited (Tianji Hong Kong) as the Company's auditor.
