Sunrise Resources Conditionally Raises Funds via Share Placing, Resumes London Bourse Trading

03:59 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sunrise Resources (SRES.L) resumed trading on the London bourse's AIM segment after it conditionally raised 320,000 pounds sterling via a share placing. The company will issue 2,133,333,330 shares at 0.00015 pound apiece for the fundraiser, according to a Thursday filing. Admission of the shares on the London bourse is expected on Sept. 23. Proceeds were earmarked for the exploration and development company's general working capital, as well as to further its gold and base metal projects.
