Unite Group Maintains FY26 Adjusted EPS Outlook

The student accommodation owner and operator said it still expects its adjusted EPS to range between 0.415 pound sterling and 0.43 pound for the year. Across the portfolio, 95% of its beds are reserved for the 2026/27 academic year, against the guidance of between 94% and 96%. The current occupancy is in line with the prior academic year.
