The Zhitong Finance App learned that Xuanzhu Bio-B (02575) rose by more than 40% in the afternoon. As of press release, it had risen 34.69% to HK$10.95, with a turnover of HK$92.893 million.

According to the news, Xuanzhu Bio-B announced that the Group signed a tripartite commercial agreement (“Agreement”) with Thai pharmaceutical companies Innobic (Asia) Co., Ltd. (“Innobic (Asia)”) and ZaoAn International Trading Co., Ltd. (“Good Morning International”) regarding the Group's pyroxil tablets (“target products”), which expires on June 30, 2036.

Under this agreement, the Group jointly grants Innobic (Asia) and Good Morning International exclusive commercialization rights for target products within the Thai region (“Target Area”). Such commercialization rights include the right to import, promote, market, offer to sell, and distribute target products within the target region. Innobic (Asia) will act as a distributor and be responsible for drug registration, local marketing and commercial operation of target products in target regions. Under the agreement, the listing license for the target product will be held in the name of Innobic (Asia).

This strategic cooperation has landed in Thailand, one of the core member countries of the Drug Inspection Cooperation Program (PIC/S). Using international partners to expand overseas markets, it will continue to expand the influence of the company's products in the promising Southeast Asian market, bring economic benefits to the company, and enhance the company's brand value.
