Beyond Frames Entertainment Targets SEK22 Million from Three-tranche Shares Issuance

The issuance will be carried out in three tranches, with the first tranche of 3.1 million kronor already completed. The second and third tranches of 10.2 million kronor and 9.1 million kronor, respectively, are subject to shareholders' approval at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for Thursday. The video game company expects net proceeds of 22.2 million kronor from the issuance. The amount is earmarked for opportunities in line with its Beyond Frames strategy, particularly investments in extended reality and adjacent areas that will boost the company's market position worldwide.
