Update: Mollyroe to Buy AI-native Film Production Platform

The AI-focused investment company will settle the purchase by issuing 1,759,144,693 shares at 0.00266 pound apiece. The company also conditionally raised 1.9 million pounds through a placing and subscription of 725,563,898 shares at the same price. Mollyroe intends to rebrand as Cascade Studio AI upon completion of the acquisition, which is subject to shareholders' approval at a general meeting scheduled for Oct. 9.
