The technical services business serving European customers was the Group's main and recurring revenue source during the reporting period. During the reporting period, the Group's revenue mainly came from providing technical services to European customers through National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB. The Group is also continuing preparations to develop lithium-ion battery trading business. As of the date of this announcement, the Group is no longer operating any automobile manufacturing business. All of the Group's production facilities in China have been sold or are being sold through the sale or bankruptcy proceedings of relevant Chinese subsidiaries, and the Group's main business activities are carried out through its Hong Kong headquarters and NEVS in an asset-light business model.
