The indicative principal amount was US$1,303,866.14 (approximately HK$10,170,155.892), based on the subscription 73 units, calculated with reference to a net asset value of $17,861.18 per unit. This indicative principal amount will be adjusted according to the actual net asset value per unit at the time of settlement.
