AlAhli REIT Fund 1 to Pay Higher Cash Dividend

09:53 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlAhli REIT Fund 1 (SASE:4338) will distribute a cash dividend of 0.25 Saudi riyal per unit, its manager SNB Capital Co. said Wednesday. The dividend will be paid to unitholders within 15 business days after the eligibility date of Sept. 22. The fund previously paid a dividend of 0.20 riyal per unit for the first half of 2025.
