Shengguang Group (002400.SZ) plans to invest 40 million yuan in the Luweikaiteng (Guangzhou) Consumer Equity Investment Fund

(hereinafter referred to as “Qianhai Investment”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to invest 40 million yuan to subscribe to the fund share of the Luwei Kaiteng (Guangzhou) Consumer Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), accounting for 4.2553% of the fund share, and act as a limited partner.
