UK Average House Prices Up 0.7% MoM in July

The average house price in the UK was 272,611 pounds sterling as of July. The house price index was up 1.4% on an annual basis, compared with the revised 1.5% growth in the previous month. Analysts expected an annual increase of 2.1%.
