Peab Bags SEK121 Million Contracts to Build Housing, Retail Space in Sweden

03:21 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Peab (PEAB-B.ST) secured two contracts worth 121 million kronor to build housing and retail space for Bonava Hagamarket and Bonava Sverige in Umeå, Sweden. The first contract covers the construction of a grocery store for Coop, with Bonava Hagamarket as the customer, while the second one is for Brf Motorn, where Bonava Sverige is the customer, according to a Wednesday release. The construction company will build two tower blocks with a total of 45 tenant-owner apartments and a terraced courtyard. Construction is expected to start in September 2026, with completion scheduled for May 2028.
