Galderma Reports Positive Restylane Volyme Study Results in China

02:55 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Galderma Group (GALD.SW) reported on Wednesday positive topline results from a study in China of Restylane Volyme for the correction of moderate-to-severe temple hollowing. The Swiss dermatology company said the randomized, evaluator-blinded study met its primary endpoint of effectiveness and safety when compared with a no-treatment control. Patient and investigator satisfaction was also high, it added. The study involved 162 adults across six sites in China, with 94.4% of patients showing at least a one-grade improvement in temple hollowing in both temples at month 6 after the last treatment, compared with 2% in the control group. Galderma said the results support its aim to expand the availability of its Restylane hyaluronic acid injectables portfolio in China.
