Vallourec Wins Line Pipe, Thermal Insulation Coating Contract for Brazilian Project

01:32 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vallourec (VK.PA) secured a contract from Norwegian subsea engineering group Subsea7 (SUBC.OL) to deliver carbon steel seamless line pipe and thermal insulation coatings. Subsea7 will use the steel tube manufacturer's rigid risers and flowlines for the Sepia 2 project in the pre-salt Santos Basin, offshore Brazil, according to a Wednesday release.
