Maps to Buy Italian Data Analysis Provider BI Health

01:26 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Software solutions provider Maps (MAPS.MI) subsidiary Maps Healthcare agreed to acquire Italy-based BI Health for 3.7 million euros. BI Health provides business intelligence and data analysis tools to healthcare organizations and institutions, according to a Tuesday release. The purchase price will be paid in four instalments, with the first tranche of 1 million euros payable in cash upon closing. Subject to closing conditions, including regulatory approval, the transaction is expected to be completed by Nov. 30.
