Mollyroe to Buy AI-native Film Production Platform

01:06 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mollyroe (MOY.AQ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire artificial intelligence-native, end-to-end film production platform Cascade Holding for 4.7 million pounds sterling. The AI-focused investment company will settle the purchase by issuing 1,759,144,693 shares at 0.00266 pound apiece. The company also conditionally raised 1.9 million pounds through a placing and subscription of 454,887,211 shares at the same price. Mollyroe intends to rebrand as Cascade Studio AI upon completion of the acquisition, which is subject to shareholders' approval at a general meeting scheduled for Oct. 9.
