The “Implementation Plan” clearly states that by 2027, the civil aviation data infrastructure system will be gradually improved, industry data governance capabilities will be greatly improved, public data open sharing in key areas such as operation, travel, logistics, and supervision will basically be realized, and the data element multiplier effect will be explored to form a number of high-value data application demonstrations and high-quality data products; by 2030, the civil aviation data infrastructure system will be more complete, and open sharing and authorized operation of industry public data will be fully realized. The data element market will be basically formed, and the data element multiplier effect will be fully released.
