Shareholders of Southern Manganese (01091) with a total market value of HK$375 million deposited 987 million shares into Xincheng Securities

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 15, Southern Manganese (01091) experienced a change in positions, with a total market value of HK$375 million, accounting for 16.67%. The company's shareholders deposited 987 million shares into Reliance Securities, increasing their shareholding ratio by 16.67%.

Southern Manganese Industry issued an announcement. All conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met, and the completion was implemented on September 7, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent successfully placed a total of 987 million shares at the placement price of HK$0.314 per share to an undertaker, Hang Bao Global Limited, which is equivalent to about 16.67% of the total number of issued shares that the company expanded through the allotted and issued shares immediately after completion.
