ProVen VCT, ProVen Growth and Income Enter Talks for Potential Merger

11:14 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ProVen VCT (PVN.L) and ProVen Growth and Income (PGOO.L), or PGI, initiated discussions for a potential merger to simplify operations and cut costs. The possible merger will be carried out through a scheme of reconstruction, in which PGI will be integrated into ProVen, and PGI shareholders will receive new ProVen shares as consideration, according to a Tuesday filing. The venture capital trusts noted that there is no assurance the talks will lead to an agreement, and that they will provide further updates in due course.
