Following a resolution of the board of directors, due to the company's internal job transfer, Mr. Xu Hui will no longer be the company's financial director from September 15, 2026, and Ms. Peng Rong will take over as the company's financial director. After his resignation, Mr. Xu Hui remained the Group's Director of Finance and Economics.

As decided by the board of directors, due to internal job transfers within the company, Ms. Zhou Wenying will no longer serve as the secretary of the company's board of directors from September 15, 2026, and Mr. Wu Zongze will take over as secretary of the company's board of directors. After her resignation, Ms. Zhou Wenying remained the company's joint company secretary.
