Baofa Holdings (08532): Sun Rui appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Baofa Holdings (08532) issued an announcement. The board of directors announced that resolution 2 (ii) was not passed at the annual shareholders' meeting. As a result, Mr. Zheng Lei (Mr. Zheng) retired as an independent non-executive director of the Company, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee at the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
