Leon Technology (300603.SZ) will independently own and operate the KS2 project by the company that plans to acquire 100% of the shares of Boxi Data

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Leon Technology (300603.SZ) announced that Leon Cloud Data (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Kunshan Cloud Data”), a subsidiary of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Leon Cloud Data (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., intends to transfer 100% of the shares of Kunshan Bosheng Data Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bosheng Data”) held by Kunshan Bosheng Data Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bosheng Data”) in cash. The transaction price was negotiated amicably between the two parties to the transaction, and the transaction consideration for 100% of the target company's shares was RMB 193 million.

The target of this transaction is a KS2 project company. Its core assets are industrial land and computing power center projects located on the south side of Xingpu Road and the east side of Wangxing Road in Lujia Town, Kunshan City. In order to seize the development opportunities of the Shanghai computing power hub, improve the strategic layout of the company's Yangtze River Delta computing power nodes, and meet the computing power business needs of leading Internet companies and cloud service providers in East China, the company plans to acquire the target company. After the transaction is completed, the target company will independently own and operate the KS2 project, which is conducive to developing localized business collaboration, participating in project bidding and related qualification declarations, further broadening the company's business boundaries and increasing the market share of the computing power business.
