This bill still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting. In 2026, in order to promote the business development and daily operating activities of the company and its subsidiaries, the company and its subsidiaries plan to increase the procurement of server equipment and components, and use their own and self-raised capital (including financial leases) of no more than 20 billion yuan throughout the year.

Previously, the company and its subsidiaries were expected to use no more than 7 billion yuan of their own and self-raised capital (including financial leases) for the procurement of server equipment and components.
