Mr. Zhou Zhiqiang has resigned as Group Chief Financial Officer due to plans to invest more time and energy in carrying out his duties as an executive director, effective September 15, 2026. Mr. Zhou will continue to serve as the company's executive director and member of the executive committee.

Mr. Guan Xin has been appointed as the Group's Chief Financial Officer with effect from September 15, 2026.
