The Roanoke, Indiana-based company said it had net income of 15 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 11 cents per share.

The handbag and accessories company posted revenue of $71.6 million in the period.

Vera Bradley expects full-year revenue in the range of $255 million to $270 million.
