According to Zhitong Finance App, Huaxin Technology (301265.SZ) announced that the company's holding subsidiary Anhui Huaxin Jintong Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huaxin Jintong”) plans to acquire 100% of the shares of Anhui Ruiyi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ruiyi Environmental Protection”) with its own capital, with a share transfer of 1.1 million yuan.

The equity acquisition is in line with the company's long-term strategic development plan. If the acquisition is successfully completed, it will help the company to seize market opportunities with abundant electronic waste and copper-containing waste resources and strong demand in the recycled black copper market, and in line with the national “double carbon” goals, circular economic development plan and “waste-free city” construction direction. The company will obtain Ruiyi's recycling channels for environmentally friendly copper-containing materials, waste materials, and copper-containing materials such as crude copper, as well as crude copper smelting and recycling technology and experience, to further extend the company's recycled cathode copper industry layout and accelerate the landing of recycled cathode copper and precious metals projects throughout the company's entire industry chain.
