05:07 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Engage XR Holdings (EXR.L) appointed Resolute Advisory as liquidator to facilitate the company's court-approved liquidation process, according to a Tuesday release. Consequently, Cavendish Capital Markets resigned as nominated adviser, effective immediately. The spatial computing technology company's board does not plan to appoint a replacement at this time. If a new nominated adviser is not appointed within six weeks, the company's shares will be cancelled from trading on the London stock exchange's AIM segment.
