Skanska to Invest EUR66 Million in First Phase of Polish Office Project

04:01 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish construction group Skanska (SKA-B.ST) will invest 66 million euros to develop the first phase of the Nowy Format office project in Kraków, Poland. The construction contract for the initial phase, which comprises a building with 21,400 square meters of gross leasable area and a garden, is worth 140 million Polish zloty, according to a Tuesday release. Overall, the project will comprise three buildings with a total gross leasable area of 48,000 square meters. Construction will start in the fourth quarter of 2026, with completion scheduled in the third quarter of 2028.
