On September 14, India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice making the first final anti-dumping review ruling on aluminum foil with a thickness of 80 microns or less originating in or imported from China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. It is recommended that anti-dumping duties continue to be levied for a period of 5 years.
