Nordnet, ABG Sundal Collier Unveil Private Banking JV

03:00 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish financial services company Nordnet (SAVE.ST) and Nordic investment bank ABG Sundal Collier (ABG.OL) launched an equally owned private banking joint venture. The venture, which will utilize Nordnet's digital platform and ABG's expertise in advisory, portfolio management and research, is expected to commence operations in Sweden in 2027, with a subsequent rollout across the Nordic region and other markets, according to a Tuesday release. ABG's former Chief Executive Officer Jonas Ström will become the venture's chairman, while Martin Ringberg, former country manager for Sweden at Nordnet, will be its CEO.
