Everplay Group Swings to H1 Loss; Revenue Drops

Loss for the six months ended June 30 was 583,000 pounds sterling, compared with a profit of 10.6 million pounds a year earlier. Loss per share was 0.004 pound, compared with an EPS of 0.074 pound. Adjusted profit after tax was 5.3 million pounds, compared with 15.1 million pounds previously. Adjusted basic EPS moved to 0.037 pound from 0.104 pound. The British indie games developer and publisher's revenue was 66.9 million pounds, compared with 72.4 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.011 pound per share, payable on Oct. 23 to shareholders on record Sept. 25. It previously paid a dividend of 0.01 pound per share. Looking ahead, the company expects full-year 2026 revenue to be materially ahead of the current market expectations of 175.2 million pounds.
