Raute Secures EUR31 Million Contract from Estonia's Kohila Vineer

12:52 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Raute (RAUTE.HE) secured a 31 million-euro contract from Estonian birch plywood producer Kohila Vineer, according to a Monday release. The Finnish wood products industry technology group will deliver a veneer drying and grading line, scarf-jointing line, plywood lay-up, pre-pressing, hot-pressing, and its R5 series and R7 series technologies to expand the customer's veneer and plywood manufacturing capacity. Deliveries are planned for the second half of 2027 and the first quarter of 2028. Raute will supervise and commission the installation of the production lines by the customer and support their start-up, set to take place in phases starting in the autumn of 2027.
