The Dow traded down 0.16% to 52,486.56 while the NASDAQ dipped 0.49% to 26,203.84. The S&P 500 also fell, dropping, 0.40% to 7,626.15.

In trading on Monday, information technology stocks fell by 1.5%.

European shares were mostly lower today. The eurozone’s STOXX 600 declined 0.6% while Spain’s IBEX 35 Index fell 1.5%, London’s FTSE 100 gained 0.4%, Germany’s DAX fell 0.8%, while France’s CAC 40 dropped 1.1%.
Asia Pacific Markets
Asian markets closed mixed on Monday, with Japan’s Nikkei 225 dipping 0.81%, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index gaining 0.45% and China’s Shanghai Composite falling 0.07%.
