According to the Meteorological Bureau of Wanning City, Hainan Province, on the morning of September 14, a storm occurred in Yongfan Community, Wancheng Town, Wanning City. The main location of the storm was the Wanning Experimental School of Beijing Normal University. Based on the site survey and the assessment of the weather situation, the local meteorological department initially determined that it was a tornado. The impact wind speed could reach levels 11-12, causing a large number of trees to be blown off. Currently, the school is actively organizing clean-up and restoration work.
