Sealand Capital Galaxy to Buy 60% of Finely Technology for GBP12 Million

04:03 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sealand Capital Galaxy (SCGL.L) said Monday it agreed to pay 12 million pounds sterling to acquire a 60% stake in Cayman Islands-incorporated technology company Finely Technology. The deal implies a valuation of 20 million pounds for 100% of Finely Technology. The consideration will be settled through 6 million pounds in cash and the issue of 500 million new shares in the London-listed technology investor priced at 0.012 pound apiece. Completion is expected by Sept. 30, subject to the approval of relevant regulators, among other customary closing conditions.
